Introduction
The importance of international relations and the government's emphasis on enhancing these links led Torbat Heydarieh University aiming to establish and boost the quality of this university, especially with the European Union, since the beginning of the year 2015. In this regard, by defining the department of international affairs on the organizational chart of the university as well as appointing a consultant in international affairs, the university expanded its activities in this field.
